Where do I enter the Haunted Hotel Ball?
The box office and main entrance to Haunted Hotel Ball are located at the main entrance to The Saguaro Scottsdale Hotel.

What time do the Haunted Hotel Ball parties take place?
Doors to Haunted Hotel Ball will be open from 9pm to 2am on both Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28. The Detox Pool Party takes place from 12pm to 6pm on Saturday, October 28.

I’m driving. Where do I park my ride?
Valet parking is available at The Saguaro. Limited convenient and security patrolled 24-hour parking lot is available at The Saguaro and nearby lots. Parking is complimentary for overnight hotel guests.

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Sorry party people, absolutely no refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.

Where’s the box office? When can I pick-up my tickets?
Haunted Hotel Ball’s Box Office, Guest List and Will Call are located at the entrance to The Saguaro. Pick-up tickets for the Detox Pool Party at the entrance of the Picante Pool.

Box Office Hours: Friday, October 27 from 9pm – 12:30am Saturday, October 28 from 12pm – 4:30pm and 9pm – 12:30am

How can I get my receipt and tickets re-emailed to me?
Log in by clicking the LOGIN link at the top of any Ticketvibe page, or if you are already logged in click on your first name at the top of the page. From there on the My Account page you'll select "My Orders" to view your upcoming event tickets and re-send your receipt/tickets. If you are having trouble logging in, see the next question below.

What should I do if unable to log in to my account?
If you did not enter a password to make your purchase, or have forgotten it, you can reset it by clicking LOGIN at the top of any Ticketvibe page, and then clicking the "Forgot your password?" link. From there, follow the directions to receive a password reset email.

Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You are welcome to print your e-ticket(s) but you are also welcome to show the ticket(s) on your mobile device.

Are there any costume restrictions?
Costumes must cover all genital and nipple areas. For the safety of our guests, we ask that guests refrain from bringing costumes with weapons (real or fake).

The artist(s) who I was coming to see cancelled. Can I have a ticket refund?
Ticket is for Haunted Hotel Ball, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.

What types of beverages are my drink tickets valid for in the Espolòn Lounge Experience?
Drink tickets are valid for beverages on the event's specialty cocktail menu and these brands: Skyy Vodka, Espolòn Tequila, Wild Turkey, Aperol, Appleton Rum, Huss Brewing and Guinness Draught.

What brands are included in my table reservation?
Our table reservation guests can select from the following list of spirits brands: Skyy Vodka, Espolòn Tequila, Wild Turkey, Aperol and Appleton Rum. Or for an up-charge, guests can select Tito's, Grey Goose or Absolut among others.

Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket for a price higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management’s use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.
